Role Overview
This role focuses on driving revenue by actively seeking out new clients and deepening ties with existing ones through consistent outreach, face-to-face meetings, and tailored service recommendations. Day-to-day, the consultant manages a full sales cycle—from prospecting and cold calls to contract negotiation and post-sale follow-ups—while tracking market shifts to keep the company competitive. - Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and digital research to maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities.
- Deliver compelling client presentations and product demonstrations that clearly articulate the value of the company’s services.
- Prepare accurate proposals, quotes, and contract terms, then negotiate effectively to convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Consistently hit or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while tracking progress against team goals.
- Build lasting professional relationships by understanding each client’s unique needs and ensuring timely support and issue resolution.
- Conduct follow-ups with existing customers to encourage repeat business, referrals, and loyalty.
- Monitor competitor activity and customer preferences, using insights to refine sales strategies and identify fresh opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipeline status, and submit regular reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
- At least two years of proven sales, business development, or account management experience within the service industry.
- A demonstrable track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets consistently.
