Sales Advisor – Automotive

Role Overview

As a Sales Advisor in Dubai, you will sell passenger and commercial vehicles to both individual buyers and business customers. Your work will span showroom consultations and field-based prospecting, helping customers find suitable vehicles while building retail and fleet sales for AlKhalid Auto LLC.

Key Responsibilities

• Work toward monthly sales goals across retail and fleet vehicle sales.
• Find and develop prospects through outreach, in-person business visits, and corporate account acquisition.
• Build ongoing relationships with private buyers, SMEs, and larger corporate clients.
• Present vehicle options, coordinate test drives, and guide customers through purchase decisions.
• Discuss and negotiate sales terms, then support customers through the agreement process.
• Respond to enquiries and follow up with leads to move opportunities forward.
• Keep customer details, sales activity, and lead progress up to date in the CRM.
• Identify further fleet opportunities and develop them with business customers.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Two to three years of automotive sales experience in the UAE.
• Experience in retail vehicle sales, fleet sales, or both.
• A valid UAE driving licence, required for the role.
• Confident communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools and customer follow-up practices.
• Understanding of automotive sales and business development, including prospecting and account growth.
• Comfort with outdoor sales visits and proactive business development.
• A self-directed, persistent approach to meeting sales targets. Candidates who speak more than one language are an advantage.
