Five Thirty is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of its Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in the QSR industry and a proven ability to lead restaurant teams while maintaining high operational standards.
This role requires strong leadership, financial awareness, and operational expertise to ensure smooth restaurant performance. Candidates with experience limited to hotels or general hospitality without QSR exposure will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise restaurant staff to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor food costing, inventory levels, and cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety, and operational procedures.
• Drive team performance and meet business and service targets.
Requirements:
• Mandatory experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• Candidates with only hotel or hospitality experience will not be considered.
