KC Collective is recruiting an experienced Restaurant Manager for a premium restaurant in Dubai, with an expected start date of October 2026. This opportunity is ideal for a dynamic hospitality professional who excels in delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading high-performing restaurant teams.
The successful candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, maintain luxury service standards, and work closely with the kitchen, bar, and senior management teams. Candidates with previous Dubai/UAE experience and a background in premium standalone restaurants are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team.
• Maintain consistently high service and hospitality standards.
• Manage daily floor operations, service flow, and guest experience.
• Build strong relationships with VIPs, regular guests, and key clientele.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and team training.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, and productivity.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and senior management teams.
• Monitor costs, operational efficiency, and restaurant KPIs.
• Support operational preparation and team development ahead of the restaurant launch.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager within high-end hospitality.
• Strong background in luxury or premium standalone restaurants.
• Previous Dubai/UAE experience.
• Pre-opening or new restaurant opening experience is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of luxury service and guest relations.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and cost control.
• Experience leading and developing multicultural teams.
• Hands-on approach with a strong presence on the restaurant floor.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Polished, personable, and passionate about hospitality.
