Role Overview
This role combines team supervision with logbook financing, supporting customers through the financing process while helping the team deliver reliable service. The position suits someone who can build strong customer relationships and has practical experience in this area of lending.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and coordinate team members to support day-to-day logbook financing activities.
- Engage with customers to understand their financing needs and explain relevant process steps.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers throughout their interactions with the team.

Requirements & Qualifications
