Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care across multiple departments.
- Administer medication and prescribed treatments.
- Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Adhere to infection prevention and control protocols.
- Participate in MCH, PMTCT, surgical, gynecological, and medical clinics.
- Assist in theatre procedures when required.
- Ensure medical equipment and supplies are available and functional.
- Prepare and submit nursing care reports as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation.
- Participate in departmental meetings and clinical rounds.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya and hold a valid practicing license.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (preferred).
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
