About Us

We are a growing property development company known for delivering high?quality residential and commercial projects across Dubai. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a professional and personable Receptionist to join our team at our JVC office.

Role Overview

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors. We’re looking for someone who brings professionalism, strong communication skills, and a welcoming presence to our front desk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
  • Manage the reception area & whole office to ensure it is tidy and presentable
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
  • Support administrative tasks for the office and management team
  • Ensure records are kept updated and well?organized
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems and ensure information is easily accessible.
  • Monitor and maintain office and pantry supplies

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer?facing administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be currently based in Dubai
