A leading organization in the Luxury Real Estate sector is looking to hire an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support high-end villa development projects in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive post-contract quantity surveying experience and a strong understanding of commercial and cost management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project costs, managing valuations and variations, and ensuring commercial efficiency throughout the construction lifecycle. Candidates currently based in the UAE with luxury villa project experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage post-contract quantity surveying activities for luxury villa projects.
• Monitor project costs and implement effective cost control measures.
• Prepare valuations, variations, and commercial reports.
• Support commercial management throughout project execution.
• Review contracts, budgets, and project expenditures.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure financial and contractual compliance.
Requirements:
• Proven experience working on luxury villa construction projects.
• Strong post-contract Quantity Surveying experience.
• Good knowledge of commercial management, cost control, valuations, and variations.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
