Betterhomes is looking for an experienced Property Supervisor to join its team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a solid background in Dubai’s real estate market and property management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple properties, maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and coordinating with service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day property operations while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the daily operations and maintenance of multiple properties.
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to resolve property-related matters.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and managed efficiently.
• Monitor property performance and support smooth operational processes.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates when required.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in the Dubai real estate industry.
• Strong property management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers.
• Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and industry best practices is an advantage.
