Role Overview
As Project Manager, you will direct construction projects in Dubai from early planning through execution and final handover. You will bring clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams together to keep work aligned with agreed schedules, budgets, specifications, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery across all phases, from planning and mobilisation to completion and handover.
- Build and manage project schedules, budgets, staffing and other resources, tracking costs against approved plans.
- Coordinate day-to-day decisions and information flow among clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and company teams.
- Review site progress and address delays, quality concerns, or health, safety, and environment (HSE) issues.
- Identify project risks and manage contractual commitments, variations, and claims.
- Prepare progress updates that communicate project status, schedule performance, costs, and emerging issues.
- Ensure construction activities meet project specifications, relevant regulations, quality expectations, and company policies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 20 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
- Strong capability in construction planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Experience managing contracts, claims, and project variations.
- Knowledge of construction standards, quality management practices, and HSE requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, manage multiple stakeholders, negotiate effectively, and resolve problems.
- Ability to keep complex construction work on track and deliver within agreed deadlines.
