Unitek General Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for a highly motivated construction professional with extensive UAE experience in managing commercial construction projects from planning through successful completion.
The successful candidate will oversee project execution, coordinate with clients and project stakeholders, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. Experience in fit-out or facility management projects will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage construction projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee project execution while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards.
• Resolve project-related issues and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
• Lead site coordination and maintain efficient project operations.
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of relevant UAE experience.
• Strong experience in commercial construction projects is highly preferred.
• Experience in fit-out or facility management projects will also be considered.
• Proven ability to manage projects from planning through completion.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, site coordination, timelines, and budgets.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
