Project Development Manager

A diversified UAE-based group operating across scaffolding, warehousing, construction, building development, and leasing is seeking an experienced Project Development Manager to oversee projects from planning through successful completion. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing construction and industrial projects within the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project execution, managing budgets and contractors, securing authority approvals, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from planning and execution through to successful completion.

• Oversee site operations while ensuring quality, safety, and project timelines are maintained.

• Prepare and manage project budgets and monitor project costs.

• Coordinate and supervise contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

• Obtain and manage UAE authority approvals and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

• Ensure projects are delivered within budget while meeting quality and safety standards.

• Provide regular project updates and resolve operational challenges effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

• 3–5 years of relevant UAE project management experience.

• Experience within the construction, industrial, warehousing, or scaffolding sectors.

• Strong knowledge of project execution, site management, budgeting, and contractor management.

• Experience with UAE authority approval processes.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.

• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
