Your primary objective is to scale a high-leverage learning network across partner schools, ensuring wildlife conservation curriculums are executed with rigorous quality and safety benchmarks. This position bridges high-level donor relationship management with hands-on field operations; you will steer initiatives from advanced monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) tracking through to successful grant development and team leadership. The role demands an agile, emotionally intelligent leader who can translate field data into compelling narrative reports while driving meaningful policy and environmental stewardship across the region.
Areas of Accountability
Strategic Delivery & Scale Management
- Formulate and execute the annual program blueprint, operational calendar, and financial budgets to ensure seamless field activity implementation.
- Structure and track performance indicators across all organizational tiers, mapping inputs directly to clear institutional outcomes and conservation impacts.
- Engineer a sustainable growth roadmap, managing the strategic transition from localized school pilots to a scaled national footprint.
- Establish comprehensive safety, compliance, and risk protocols across all learning centers, mobile field labs, and outdoor excursions.
Workforce Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Line-manage a high-performing education team, fostering an accountability-driven, continuous learning workplace culture.
- Direct the strategic expansion and continuous development of the program's patron network, minimizing attrition through targeted training.
- Supervise auxiliary administrative staff, research consultants, academic contributors, and remote field liaisons to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Institutional Funding & Grant Acquisition
- Supervise strict adherence to active international donor compliance calendars, ensuring all performance verifications are compiled flawlessly.
- Architect multi-year grant proposals and lead strategic prospect mapping to secure sustainable revenue for program growth.
- Partner with communication specialists to translate complex field statistics and wildlife impact stories into highly persuasive donor presentations.
- Represent the organization's overarching mission at global conservation symposiums, civil society forums, and institutional stakeholder panels.
Data Analytics, MEL & Curriculum Integrity
- Lead a culture of evidence-based learning, collaborating with external consultants to design and audit monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks.
- Synthesize raw field data into quarterly progress assessments and comprehensive annual impact scorecards for executive review.
- Direct the quality review of conservation modules, ensuring educational content is issue-relevant, age-appropriate, and culturally grounded.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum Entry Criteria
- Academic & Professional Track: A minimum of 5 years of progressive, hands-on experience in program or project management, with a clear focus on education, wildlife conservation, or international development.
- Full Lifecycle Ownership: A proven track record of personally driving complex socio-environmental initiatives from early concept creation through to final impact analysis.
- Funder Engagement: Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex bilateral donor relationships and drafting successful technical grant applications.

Tactical Competencies
- Bilingual Articulation: Elite written and verbal communication skills, with the adaptive capacity to write high-level institutional donor reports and engaging community newsletters.
- Analytical Acuity: Strong capability to read visual data dashboards, detect micro-trends within field data, and transform insights into operational strategy.
- Dynamic Composure: Exceptional organizational capabilities, remaining highly grounded and self-directed under shifting operational pressures.
What We Offer
