Key Responsibilities
- Plan, oversee and manage daily production operations to meet production targets.
- Ensure product quality, food safety and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage production resources, including manpower, machinery and raw materials.
- Drive process improvement, cost efficiency and waste reduction initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Production Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in a production management role in an FMCG manufacturing environment (wheat flour, maize flour or animal feeds).
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, food safety and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving and team management skills.
