  • Manage PR account timelines, status sheets, issue logs, approvals, client updates and internal coordination in line with TDM's formal briefing, approval and SLA processes.
  • Monitor media coverage, sentiment, share of voice, message pull-through, reputational risks and competitor activity; convert findings into client-ready insights and recommendations.
  • Support crisis communication, escalation planning and rapid response through factual assessment, issue tracking, message control and clear internal decision routes.
  • Support proposals, pitches, PR retainers and integrated campaign ideas that can help TDM grow client accounts and expand into 360-degree agency services.
  • Ensure all work is delivered with TDM's standards of preparation, accountability, quality, professionalism, compliance and client-facing discipline.

  • Recommended 4+ years' PR/account management experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced communications environment.
  • Strong media relations, PR planning, corporate communications, campaign execution, writing, editing, message development, crisis communication, media monitoring and reputation management skills.
  • Good understanding of Kenyan media, East African business environment, digital media influence, stakeholder mapping and sector-based media engagement.
