Admin & Personal Assistant (PA)

Job Overview

We are looking for a young, energetic, and fluent English-speaking Admin & Personal Assistant to support our daily business operations and assist the management. This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and document management.

Provide personal assistance to the management, including calendar coordination, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations.

Maintain records, reports, and databases efficiently.

Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Handle office management duties, including procurement of supplies and maintaining an organized workspace.

Assist in basic financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.

Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination, employee records maintenance, and staff communication.

Requirements

Age & Experience: Preferably young candidates. Freshers are welcome to apply!

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Language: Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).

Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Tech-savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with business software tools.

Personality: Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn with the ability to multitask.

Availability: Ready to join immediately (preferred).
