HireWith is seeking qualified Payroll Specialists to join its network of payroll, HR, and PEO employers across the United States. This remote opportunity allows candidates to be considered for multiple payroll-related positions through HireWith’s Job Creator Network, connecting professionals with suitable opportunities that match their skills and career goals.
The successful candidates will support payroll operations, employee data management, tax-related processes, and payroll system activities for various employers. Key Responsibilities:
• Process and support payroll operations for assigned clients or employer organizations.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information.
• Assist with payroll-related documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Support tax notice resolution and payroll system processes.
• Work with payroll platforms and software systems to ensure accurate processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve payroll-related issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with a payroll service bureau or PEO environment preferred.
• Experience with payroll systems and processes such as UKG Ready, isolved, Asure Evolution, ExecuPay, MPAY, ApexHCM, Tax Notice Resolution, APTM, MasterTax, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of payroll operations, data accuracy, and compliance procedures.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage payroll tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
• Candidates from various backgrounds and experience levels are encouraged to apply.
