Role Overview

An established people and workforce consultancy is expanding its team in Kenya and is recruiting for 11 permanent, full-time positions spanning leadership, client delivery, human resources, and workforce operations. These roles will support the consultancy’s work across African markets, with each hire contributing to effective delivery in their area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to work within the relevant function: leadership, client delivery, HR, or workforce operations.
• Support the consultancy’s day-to-day activities and priorities in the Kenyan market.
• Coordinate with colleagues to deliver people and workforce services to clients.
• Apply relevant functional expertise to resolve operational or client needs.
• Help maintain consistent, effective delivery across the consultancy’s regional work.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Four to six years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience aligned with the particular position and its focus, such as leadership, client delivery, HR, or workforce operations.
