Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:
• Hold a Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Culinary Arts, Front Office Operations, or a related field (an added advantage).
• Have prior experience in hotels, restaurants, or hospitality establishments (preferred for most roles).
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Be well-groomed, professional, and customer-oriented.
• Be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Possess strong teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills.
