Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery (Restaurant Manager)
• Maintain high standards of guest service and dining experience
• Lead, train, and manage staff to enhance performance and teamwork
• Handle customer interactions and ensure satisfaction across all touchpoints
• Assist guests with seating, ticketing, and general inquiries (Usher & Cashier roles)
• Manage box office transactions and maintain accurate records
• Support daily operations within cinema or hospitality environments
Requirements:
• Proven experience in fine dining restaurants (for Restaurant Manager role)
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and service standards
• Arabic speaking ability is mandatory for Usher and Box Office Cashier roles
• Previous experience in cinema or hospitality is an advantage
• Must be presentable, customer-oriented, and professional
• Immediate availability to join is required
• Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi
• Strong leadership and team management skills (for managerial role)
