Description:
A Dubai-based company is looking for an experienced Event Manager to lead and deliver high-profile private, VIP, corporate, and lifestyle events.
The ideal candidate should have strong event planning, project management, and production skills with experience managing luxury, premium, fashion, lifestyle, or corporate events. This role requires excellent coordination abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple stakeholders and event operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute private, VIP, corporate, and lifestyle events.
• Manage event logistics, production activities, timelines, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.
• Handle budgets, quotations, contracts, and supplier management.
• Oversee event planning processes from concept development to final execution.
• Ensure events are delivered according to quality standards and client expectations.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate teams involved in event delivery.
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of experience in event planning and execution.
• Experience in premium, luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or corporate events.
• Strong expertise in VIP and private event management.
• Excellent project management, logistics, and event production skills.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers, quotations, and contracts.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
