Description:
Repair Plus is seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Technician (HVAC Specialist) to join its Facility Management and Home Maintenance team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality maintenance services and providing outstanding customer support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems while also supporting electrical and plumbing maintenance tasks. Candidates who possess strong technical expertise, can work independently, and are available for immediate joining are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot various HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on split, ducted split, package units, and VRF/VRV systems.
• Carry out basic electrical and plumbing maintenance as required.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective repair solutions.
• Deliver high-quality service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow company safety standards and maintenance procedures during all assignments.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of electrical and plumbing maintenance.
• Experience in Facility Management or Home Maintenance is preferred.
• Valid UAE Manual Driving License is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently with excellent customer service skills.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Split, Ducted Split, Package Unit, and VRF/VRV Systems
• Electrical Maintenance
• Plumbing Maintenance
• Preventive and Corrective MEP Maintenance
