Role Overview
This position sits within the marketing team of a property business, focused on turning strategic plans into tangible results. Day to day, the role involves running multi-channel campaigns, keeping sales teams equipped with the right materials, and making sure every customer-facing touchpoint reflects the brand consistently. You will also be the organisational backbone for the team, managing inventories, vendor coordination, and administrative workflows that keep property marketing activity moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and manage above-the-line, below-the-line, and digital campaigns in line with the approved marketing calendar and budgets.
- Draft and refine marketing plans and budget forecasts for specific property projects, adjusting as priorities shift.
- Partner with the digital marketing function to shape and produce social media content, website assets, and email campaigns for property launches and ongoing sales drives.
- Audit brand materials across all channels, withdrawing or disposing of outdated items and ensuring only current, approved assets are used.
- Track campaign performance against key metrics, compiling regular progress reports that capture results, budget consumption, and lessons learned.
- Coordinate property events and sales activations, liaising with vendors to secure timely setup, branding, and delivery.
- Manage the full life cycle of marketing collateral—from design briefing and print production to quality control, stock levels, and reprints.
- Maintain accurate inventory and requisition records, processing requests from business teams and ensuring marketing items are dispatched without delay.
- Provide administrative support across procurement, vendor payments, departmental filing, and budget tracking updates as directed by the line manager.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A business-related degree in marketing, communication, public relations, media studies, event management, or digital marketing.
- At least 3 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced or deadline-driven setting.
- Solid grounding in brand management, communications, advertising, and client account coordination.
- Working knowledge of creative briefing, BTL design, and print production workflows.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and navigating digital platforms for campaign management and reporting.
- A valid driving licence is required.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly across teams.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as within a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable handling a wide range of tasks in a constantly evolving property marketing landscape.
- Strong administrative discipline, including record-keeping, document management, and budget monitoring.
- Business acumen—understanding how marketing activities drive sales and contribute to broader commercial goals.
