Role Overview

This role focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to prospects, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Day to day, you will research target industries, initiate contact with potential clients, present products, and manage relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction. Your work directly supports revenue growth and reinforces the company’s reputation for quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients by evaluating their industry position, market trends, and sales potential.
• Initiate contact with prospects through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to build rapport and uncover their specific needs.
• Present and recommend appropriate products or services, clearly articulating value and addressing client objections.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships by providing support, follow-up, and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Uphold service quality standards by adhering to organisational policies and ensuring all interactions meet defined benchmarks.
• Track and manage your sales pipeline, documenting interactions and progress in CRM tools to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and refine sales approaches based on feedback and performance data.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets while working independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field.
• Candidates aged between 23 and 30 years.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to succeed in a sales role requiring independent initiative.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and able to convey energy and enthusiasm in client-facing situations.
• Outgoing and organised personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, relationship building, and persuasive selling in a fast-paced environment.
