Role Overview
This role calls for an experienced insurance or financial-services professional who can develop and manage a portfolio while taking responsibility for its commercial performance. You will coordinate work across distribution channels and partner with both technical specialists and customer-facing teams to support sustainable portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a business portfolio and remain accountable for its commercial outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to grow the portfolio and shape plans to pursue them.
- Coordinate activity across multiple distribution channels.
- Work with technical teams to align portfolio activity with product and operational needs.
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to support effective delivery to clients.
- Apply experience in product, portfolio, distribution or business management to insurance or financial-services work.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Economics or a related discipline.
- AIIK or ACII qualification.
- At least seven years of relevant experience in insurance or financial services.
- Experience in product, portfolio, distribution or business management.
- A track record of growing and managing a portfolio, with clear accountability for commercial results.
- Experience working across several distribution channels and with technical and customer-facing teams.
- Experience in personal, retail or individual health insurance is an advantage.
