Key Responsibilities
- Set the strategic direction for allied health and outpatient services, managing planning, implementation, and ongoing enhancement while ensuring clinics run efficiently and resources are used effectively.
- Drive quality assurance and patient safety programs, fostering clinical excellence and boosting patient satisfaction.
- Uphold compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements, internal policies, and evidence-based clinical practices.
- Partner with clinical, operational, and support teams to streamline workflows, strengthen service delivery, and improve patient outcomes.
- Direct Health Information Management Services, including medical coding and centralized filing, to guarantee accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate inventory management with relevant departments to maintain uninterrupted availability of clinical supplies and equipment.
- Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams through recruitment, performance management, mentoring, and ongoing professional growth.
- Leverage data and performance metrics to evaluate service delivery, spot improvement opportunities, and guide budgeting and cost optimization efforts.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in an allied health field such as Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Sciences, or Radiology; alternatively, a business degree paired with relevant allied health experience.
- A master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a similar area.
- At least eight years of healthcare management experience, with three or more of those years spent in a leadership position.
- Proven ability to lead and develop diverse clinical and administrative teams.
- Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation processes, and quality improvement methods.
- Comfort with using data and performance metrics to inform operational and clinical decisions.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
