Job Description

Live Stream Seller

The Live Stream Seller hosts online product demonstrations and sales sessions to help customers discover and purchase phones, gadgets, appliances and accessories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Host daily live sales sessions on TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Showcase phones, gadgets, appliances and accessories, and close sales during live sessions.
  • Engage viewers and answer questions in real time.
  • Follow up on enquiries and orders after each session.
  • Track and report sales, views and engagement.

Requirements

  • Diploma or certificate in Sales, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in sales, live selling or content creation.
  • Confidence and energy on camera.
  • Fluency in English and Kiswahili; Sheng is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of smartphones and gadgets.
  • Based in Nairobi and available immediately.

Compensation

  • Basic salary plus commission.
