Responsibilities
- Assist in ingredients preparations this includes (chopping, peeling, sorting, cutting, etc.)
- Prepare and serve meals for learners, staff and during events.
- Ensure timely serving of all meals throughout the day.
- Ensure there is a constant supply of clean and fresh water for cleaning and cooking.
- Participate in food preparation and follow cooks' instructions on general kitchen operation.
- Ensure a great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.
- Follow cooks' instructions on menus accordingly to ensure proper nutrition and healthy eating.
Requirements.
- Diploma/Certificate in Food production or catering.
- 3 years' relevant experience.
- Valid certificate of good conduct.
- Valid food handler's certificate.
