Job Description
Role Overview
Build relationships with farmers in the area and help them explore financing suited to their agribusiness needs. By connecting local producers with the financing available through a nearby branch, you’ll support their plans to develop and grow their businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage farmers who may need financing for their agribusinesses.
- Discuss farmers’ business goals and financing needs through clear, practical conversations.
- Explain relevant financing options and guide interested farmers through the application process.
- Help farmers understand the information and documentation needed to seek financing.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with farming communities in the area.
- Coordinate with the nearby branch to connect farmers with appropriate financing support.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in a business-related field.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage farmers and explain information clearly.
- Residence near one of the organisation’s existing branches.
