Role Overview
As a Junior HSE Officer, you will help support health, safety, and environmental practices at a food manufacturing facility between Ajman and Sharjah. Your day-to-day work will include checking how safety procedures are followed, helping identify hazards, and keeping compliance records up to date so operational teams can work safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with applying site health, safety, and environmental procedures across facility operations.
- Observe workplace practices and flag gaps against applicable HSE requirements.
- Help assess operational risks and identify potential hazards in work areas.
- Prepare and maintain HSE records, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Support routine safety inspections and audits, and track follow-up actions.
- Encourage employees and operational teams to follow safe working practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 3 years of HSE experience in food manufacturing.
- Practical knowledge of workplace safety standards, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting risk assessments and hazard identification.
- Ability to maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to workplace safety.
