Description:
An exciting opportunity is available for a Junior Accounts Officer in Dubai. This role is ideal for accounting professionals with 1–2 years of practical experience who are looking to build their careers in a dynamic and professional work environment.
The selected candidate will assist with daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, prepare reports, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial processes. Candidates with strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of accounting principles are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
• Prepare financial reports and reconcile accounts as required.
• Process invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding finance-related matters.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Bookkeeping and general accounting practices
• Financial reporting and account reconciliation
• Microsoft Excel and accounting software
