Job Description
We are currently hiring a Junior Accountant to join our MEP team in Dubai.
Job Details
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Location: In person
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily accounting transactions
- Prepare and process supplier invoices and payments
- Follow up on receivables and customer payments
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents
- Support payroll entries and expense tracking
- Assist in purchase and project-related accounting records
- Support subcontractor and supplier account reconciliation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Experience in MEP or construction industry is preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Experience with Odoo is an advantage
- Knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory (Arabic speakers only)
- Only candidates currently residing in the UAE will be considered
