Description:
Aviare Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its expanding team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals who have a solid understanding of UAE financial practices and are committed to maintaining accuracy and compliance in financial operations.
The selected candidate will support day-to-day accounting activities, assist with financial record management, and help ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations. The role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a professional and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
• Assist with daily accounting transactions and reconciliations.
• Support UAE VAT compliance and FTA-related requirements.
• Prepare financial reports and update accounting records.
• Use accounting software to process and manage financial data.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in maintaining organized accounting files and records.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience, including at least 1 year in the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and FTA compliance.
• Experience using accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of:
• UAE VAT and FTA compliance.
• Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
