Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

• Hold relevant academic qualifications (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Development Studies, Gender Studies, Data Science, or related fields).

• Have prior experience in innovation management, entrepreneurship support, gender mainstreaming, safeguarding, or monitoring & evaluation depending on the role.

• Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Be familiar with African entrepreneurship ecosystems, impact measurement frameworks, and inclusive innovation practices.

• Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with GrowthAfrica’s mission of supporting entrepreneurs and showcasing Africa’s business opportunities.

Role‑specific expectations:

• Innovation Lead: Drive innovation strategy, oversee programs, and mentor entrepreneurs.

• Innovation Catalyst: Facilitate innovation processes, support startups, and foster creative solutions.

• Gender Mainstreaming & Safeguarding Associate: Ensure gender equity, safeguarding policies, and inclusive practices in programs.

• M&E Data Coordinator: Collect, analyze, and report data to measure program impact and effectiveness.
