Role‑specific expectations:
Forest Biomass / Inventory Specialist: Conduct biomass assessments, manage terrestrial carbon data, and support reporting.
Site Technical Leads – Terrestrial Carbon Inventory: Oversee field operations, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate technical teams.
Marine Site Lead – Blue Carbon: Lead marine ecosystem carbon projects, manage coastal data, and support conservation.
GIS / Data Officers: Handle spatial data, mapping, and digital carbon inventory systems.
Ocean‑Data Officers: Collect and analyze oceanographic data for carbon projects.
Socio‑Economic & Safeguards Officers: Assess community impacts, ensure compliance with safeguards, and promote equitable participation.
Community Liaison / Facilitators: Engage local communities, build awareness, and foster collaboration in carbon initiatives.
