Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:

Hold relevant academic qualifications (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or related fields).

Have prior experience in water and sanitation services, technical operations, or environmental compliance.

Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Be familiar with Water Act regulations, service provision agreements, and public utility management.

Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with KWAWASCO’s mission of delivering safe water and sanitation services in Kwale County.
Role‑specific expectations:

Commercial Manager: Oversee customer service, billing, revenue collection, and commercial strategy.

Technical Manager: Lead engineering operations, infrastructure maintenance, and service delivery.

ESHS Officer: Ensure compliance with environmental, social, health, and safety standards.

Station Manager: Manage daily operations of water supply stations, staff supervision, and reporting.
