Description:
A leading and rapidly growing organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead its technology operations and oversee enterprise IT infrastructure. This leadership role is ideal for a strategic technology professional with extensive experience managing modern IT environments, cybersecurity initiatives, and digital transformation projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving infrastructure strategy, managing cloud platforms, ensuring business continuity, leading IT teams, and implementing technology solutions that support organizational growth. This is an excellent opportunity to work with enterprise-scale systems while contributing to innovative technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure and daily technology operations.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Linux environments.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
• Manage enterprise networking, firewalls, virtualization platforms, and cloud solutions.
• Plan and deliver IT projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the IT team.
• Ensure the availability, security, and reliability of all IT systems and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in an IT leadership position.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
• Solid understanding of enterprise networking, firewalls, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, backup solutions, and disaster recovery planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory.
• VMware, Hyper-V, Enterprise Networking, and Firewall Management.
• Cybersecurity, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Digital Transformation, and IT Infrastructure Management.
