Description:
Leaders Fort Holding is looking for an experienced IT Engineer to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure across multiple companies in the UAE and KSA. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in enterprise systems, cloud technologies, networking, and cybersecurity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining critical IT systems, supporting business applications, ensuring system security, and contributing to infrastructure enhancement and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise network infrastructure.
• Administer virtualization platforms, backup systems, disaster recovery, and endpoint management solutions.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, email security, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Support ERP applications, Microsoft SQL Server, and other business-critical systems.
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support while ensuring high availability of IT services.
• Coordinate with vendors and participate in IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and systems administration.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, networking, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central is an advantage.
• Previous experience in the construction or contracting industry is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
