VPS Elite Human Resources Consultancies LLC is recruiting an experienced IT Application Support professional on behalf of its client in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for IT specialists who have hands-on experience supporting business applications, resolving technical issues, and maintaining system performance in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will provide application support, troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the smooth operation of critical business systems. Immediate joiners who are currently based in the UAE will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for business applications and resolve user issues.
• Troubleshoot application, database, and system-related problems.
• Monitor application performance and respond to support tickets promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve technical incidents.
• Assist with system integrations and application maintenance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and technical solutions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT or Application Support.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL and database troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with application monitoring and ticketing systems.
• Understanding of APIs, web applications, and system integrations.
• UAE-based candidates are preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
