Al Meera is looking for a skilled and reliable IT Administrator to join its team in Dubai. The role involves managing IT systems across the office, factory, and warehouse environments while ensuring smooth operations, secure networks, and efficient technical support.
The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to employees, maintain IT infrastructure, manage system security, and support various technology solutions. This position is ideal for an IT professional with strong networking knowledge and experience handling enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, user accounts, and email systems.
• Maintain Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and network security systems.
• Perform data backups and support cybersecurity practices.
• Monitor and support CCTV and access-control systems.
• Ensure IT systems remain operational, secure, and properly maintained.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, Windows Operating Systems, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience working with IT infrastructure and troubleshooting technical issues.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Network administration and security
• Microsoft 365 and Windows OS
• Hardware troubleshooting and IT support
