- Plan, coordinate, and execute recreational events and themed activities tailored to the interests of the patron community, ensuring a varied and engaging calendar.
- Manage food and beverage inventory, placing timely orders with vendors and suppliers, and verifying deliveries against quality and quantity standards.
- Monitor operational budgets, track expenses, and analyze cost reports to maintain financial targets while preserving service quality.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations across all service areas, including proper sanitation, hygiene, and alcohol service protocols.
- Act as a liaison with government officials and external stakeholders to address concerns, coordinate special requests, and support installation objectives.
- Collect and review customer feedback, using data to implement service improvements and resolve recurring issues.

- Demonstrated leadership ability, including staff supervision, task delegation, and performance management in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and interpreting financial statements or point-of-sale reports.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with guests, staff, and external partners.
- Experience organizing recreational programs and special events for a defined community or installation population.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards for food service and hospitality, including sanitation and hygiene requirements.
- Working knowledge of inventory control software, point-of-sale systems, and operational reporting tools.
