Multiple Hospitality Positions 3x

Role Overview

Julith Coffee is recruiting for several Dubai-based hospitality roles: Cafe Supervisor, Waiter or Waitress, Housekeeping Attendant, and Specialty Barista. Each team member will handle the practical duties of their position while helping deliver attentive service, maintain a welcoming environment, and keep daily cafe operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, respond to requests, and provide courteous service throughout their visit.
• Carry out duties specific to the assigned position, supporting efficient day-to-day operations.
• For cafe supervisors, help coordinate team activity and uphold service standards during shifts.
• For waitstaff, take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain orderly guest areas.
• For specialty baristas, prepare coffee and other drinks with care and consistent attention to quality.
• For housekeeping attendants, clean and maintain assigned areas to support a tidy, comfortable setting.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues and follow hospitality, cleanliness, and professional presentation standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in UAE food and beverage or hospitality work is preferred.
• Relevant customer service and food and beverage operations knowledge.
• A high school diploma, hospitality certificate, or related diploma is listed as an estimated qualification.
• Professional grooming, a positive approach, and strong teamwork skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced hospitality setting and carrying out the responsibilities of the chosen role.
