Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced IP Billing Executive to join our hospital administration team in the UAE. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing inpatient billing processes, insurance coordination, and ensuring smooth financial operations related to patient care.
This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with patients regarding insurance coverage for elective and emergency cases
• Prepare treatment cost estimates in coordination with doctors and medical staff
• Manage patient discharge procedures and ensure accurate billing processes
• Address patient inquiries related to admissions, billing, and insurance matters
• Liaise with corporate clients, insurance companies, and internal departments
• Ensure accurate data entry and updates in the Hospital Information System (HIS)
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with hospital billing standards
• Support smooth financial operations within inpatient services
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospital Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital billing or healthcare administration
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
• Good understanding of insurance procedures and hospital billing systems
• High level of professionalism and strict adherence to patient confidentiality
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
