Role Overview
As an HR Recruiter / Recruitment Executive in Sharjah, you will help move candidates through the hiring process for vacancies in the UAE and international markets. The role combines candidate sourcing and initial screening with regular follow-ups, interview scheduling and organised recruitment records, helping the team keep hiring activity on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Find potential candidates for open roles using LinkedIn, job portals and social media.
- Review candidate profiles and CVs for alignment with vacancy requirements.
- Contact applicants, follow up on their interest and share relevant recruitment updates.
- Collect and organise CVs and candidate information.
- Arrange interview times and coordinate schedules between candidates and hiring contacts.
- Assist with recruitment activity for positions in the UAE and overseas.
- Keep candidate records and process updates accurate and accessible to the recruitment team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with recruitment experience; extensive prior experience is not required.
- Good communication skills and confidence when speaking with candidates are preferred.
- Familiarity with candidate sourcing, CV screening, LinkedIn, job portals or social media recruitment is useful.
- Ability to coordinate interviews and maintain clear recruitment records.
- Energetic, organised and target-oriented approach, with an interest in learning recruitment work.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
