Role Overview
As Platform Tech Lead, you will guide the design and delivery of enterprise digital platforms built with .NET and Sitecore. You will stay involved in technical decisions and implementation while helping the team maintain engineering quality and coordinate delivery with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical contributors through platform design, development, integration, and release.
- Build and maintain applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core.
- Support Sitecore CMS implementations and connect Sitecore with other systems.
- Review code, provide technical guidance, and uphold development standards.
- Work with stakeholders to clarify needs, track delivery, and address project issues.
- Contribute to planning and delivery within Agile/Scrum teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 10 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong practical experience with both .NET Framework and .NET Core.
- Demonstrated experience with Sitecore CMS and system integrations.
- Previous responsibility for technical team leadership and code reviews.
- Experience coordinating project delivery and working with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum ways of working.
- Availability to start immediately or after an official notice period of no more than 30 days.
