HR Generalist

Role Overview

As HR Generalist in Dubai, you will coordinate the everyday people processes that help a healthcare management group recruit, support, and develop its workforce. The role spans hiring, employee relations, records, and performance support, while helping ensure HR practices keep pace with the organisation’s operations and UAE employment requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment from vacancy planning and candidate sourcing through interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Respond to employee questions and support managers with workplace concerns and routine employee-relations matters.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and HR data, handling day-to-day documentation and administration.
• Assist with performance review cycles and employee development activities.
• Apply HR policies consistently and help monitor alignment with UAE labour regulations.
• Coordinate HR processes across teams and contribute to administrative needs as the organisation grows.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in an HR Generalist position or a comparable role.
• Working knowledge of UAE labour regulations and practical HR policies.
• Hands-on familiarity with recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and performance management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently across varied HR tasks.
• Well-organised, able to prioritise competing responsibilities, and confident resolving routine problems.
• Experience in healthcare, consultancy, construction, or professional services is an advantage.
• No formal education qualification is specified.
