Strategic Leadership Overview
We are in search of a mature and experienced Hotel Manager to anchor our operations in the northern region. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in managing all facets of a hotel—from front-office hospitality to back-end maintenance—ensuring that the facility remains a premier choice for travelers in Isiolo and Wajir.
The Mission
Your goal is to maintain a high-performance culture across all departments. You will bridge the gap between ownership’s financial targets and the daily guest experience, ensuring that standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed strictly while fostering a welcoming and safe environment for all visitors.
Academic & Professional Background

Education: Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Relevant History: At least 3 years of experience in a hotel management or leadership role.

Operational Skills: Proven ability to manage diverse teams, oversee kitchen/F&B quality, and maintain facility standards.

Location Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work effectively in a remote or semi-remote environment (Isiolo/Wajir).
Key Responsibilities

Full-Scale Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations across housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and security departments.

Human Capital Management: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate staff performance while developing efficient duty rosters.

Financial Stewardship: Prepare budgets, monitor daily revenue vs. expenses, and implement cost-control strategies to boost profitability.

Quality & Compliance: Enforce rigorous hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in line with local regulatory requirements.

Guest Relations: Act as the final point of escalation for guest feedback, ensuring professional and timely resolution of any issues.
