Role Overview

Corniche Hotel Sharjah is recruiting experienced professionals across front office, culinary, housekeeping, banquet food and beverage, and human resources. Each hire will oversee or support the day-to-day work of their department, helping teams run smoothly while maintaining service standards and a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct or support daily department operations in line with the scope of the position.
• Guide, supervise, and develop team members to meet service and operational expectations.
• Address guest needs and help resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to support efficient service and handovers.
• Apply hotel procedures and relevant health, safety, and hospitality standards.
• For banquet food and beverage roles, oversee or support the planning and delivery of banquet operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant hospitality experience appropriate to the position applied for.
• Strong communication, organisation, and team leadership abilities.
• Sound understanding of hotel operations, guest service, and hospitality practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy hotel environment.
• Applicants for the F&B Manager (Banquet) position should have experience in banquet management.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
• A qualification in hospitality, hotel management, culinary arts, human resources, business administration, or a related area may be relevant depending on the role.
