Canary Club Dubai is seeking an experienced and confident Head Hostess/Hostess to lead its reservations and guest reception team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The successful candidate will oversee reservations, manage seating arrangements, welcome guests professionally, and ensure smooth front-of-house operations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the reservations and guest reception team.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Welcome guests and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth front-of-house operations.
• Maintain high service standards in a busy dining environment.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory Host/Hostess role.
• Strong reservation and seating management skills.
• Excellent communication and guest relations abilities.
• Confidence working in a busy, high-energy restaurant.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of reservation systems and Dubai hospitality standards.
