Role Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for designing and specifying design parameters to assist in the enhancement and maintenance of websites, applications, and social media platforms. The role holder also supports online graphic design, flash animation, HTML usage, and online creative requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce promotional materials to provide the website, application, and social media platforms with the necessary visual communications for their production needs.
- Develop graphic design to integrate seamlessly into various advertising mediums.
- Create concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
- Design concepts, graphics, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic standards.
- Take full accountability for adhering to artwork specifications as per suppliers' guidelines.
- Supervise all advertising and digital campaigns, as well as news related to competitors, to stay informed of developments and respond accordingly.
- Liaise with CORP Onsite Marketing and Creative team or Graphic design team on central campaigns, implementing best practices, new product features, and campaign optimization.
- Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a closely related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably within the retail industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Adobe software.
- Soft Skills: Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
